Processing purposes

Rein collects and processes personal data from customers for customer and order management, including:

  • customer administration and invoicing,
  • tracking of orders and deliveries,
  • monitoring of solvency,
  • marketing and personalised communication.

Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1 of the GDPR:

  • (b) necessity for the performance of a contract,

The customer has the right to access their personal data at any time and may have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. The customer may object to processing based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling.

In addition, the customer may receive a copy of their data (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) or have it forwarded to another company.

The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
